Double extraction is one of the most effective ways to extract a complex of medicinal substances from the fruit bodies of mushrooms. Specially prepared powder is extracted in two stages: first alcohol (extraction of alcohol- and fat-soluble components), then water (extraction of polysaccharides). Ready-made alcohol and water extracts of reishi are mixed in a ratio of 1:2. The extract is poured into convenient bottles with a long pipette reaching to the bottom. Double reishi extract is designed for daily use in an amount of 1 to 5 ml per day (for example, in 1 teaspoon of 5 ml).

Double reishi extract is designed for daily use in an amount from 1 to 5 ml. A large dosage is not recommended due to the high concentration of active substances. Individual schemes are possible, for example, the use of a “slide”. The extract can be added to cold and hot drinks. If desired, the alcohol part of the double extract can be evaporated in a water bath.
