General recommendations:
In order for the body to recover more efficiently after COVID-19, we recommend organizing a lifestyle associated with reduced loads and certain gentle workouts. It may be necessary to take a vacation to maintain such a regime. Usually one and a half to two months of a restorative lifestyle is enough (that is, just for the period of taking the course).
First of all, you should organize a daily routine with an eight-hour sleep. Meals should be at least three times a day and more or less at the same time. You should not work hard (it will only get worse) and blame yourself for low productivity (stress will only increase). For the first time after the illness, it is necessary to reduce the number of tasks per day and the length of working time. If you feel tired, you should immediately take a break from work. Increase activity as slowly as possible: many people return to the “doc-like” mode too quickly and get overworked. This applies not only to physical, but also intellectual load.
During the recovery period, it is important to ventilate the apartment regularly, it is highly desirable to do breathing exercises. Breathing exercises give a smooth load on the lungs and bronchi, stimulating their work and accelerating tissue regeneration. It is suitable even for the most weakened patients who observe bed rest. As soon as you feel this opportunity, you need to organize quiet evening walks (preferably in a park area). If you have a cottage, it is advisable to move there and arrange regular walks in the forest.
