Cetraria islandica, or Icelandic moss, is a lichen mushroom known for its antiviral properties and healing effect on the mucous membranes of the digestive tract and bronchi. This is an excellent remedy during colds, relieving coughs and restoring the respiratory tract. Can be used for chronic bronchial dysfunctions and inflammatory processes in the gastrointestinal tract.
