Like many mushrooms grown or raised in an ecologically clean environment, autumn honey fungus accumulates the entire necessary range of micro and macroelements in its fruiting bodies. Including mushrooms in the diet is especially important for people living in urban environments and facing constant oxidative stress (disturbed sleep-wake cycles; nutritional imbalances and eating behavior problems; chronic stress, adverse environmental factors; lack of physical activity). Therefore, mushrooms are a unique and extremely promising product of our time, capable of covering the whole range of nutritional needs of a modern person.
This release form is a dual extract designed to increase the amount of bioavailable compounds. This is a highly effective method for extracting polysaccharides, triterpenes, vitamins and other beneficial substances from medicinal mushrooms.

• Autumn honey fungus is a storehouse of nutrients. It contains vitamins A, B2, Ba and Ba, which play an important role in metabolism and maintaining healthy skin, hair and eyes. In addition, the high level of microelements such as iron, potassium, magnesium, copper, zinc, etc. makes it indispensable for maintaining the overall tone of the body. The fruiting bodies of honey mushroom contain many biologically active substances, represented by heterocyclic and indole compounds, pigments, sterols, fatty acids, and terpenes. Due to such diversity in its composition, honey fungus is an immunity modulator, antioxidant and anti-inflammatory agent. Fungal mycoactives are able to regulate the processes of autophagy and cell differentiation, reduce the release of pro-inflammatory cytokines and other inflammatory mediators. This means that honey fungus can be used as an additional oncoprotector in cancer treatment and prevention protocols. Its effectiveness has been most thoroughly studied in cancer of the lungs, liver, esophagus and pancreas.

• The neuroprotective properties of autumn honey fungus are explained primarily by its ability to reduce the production of nitric oxide and proinflammatory cytokines in the brain. It is these inflammatory mediators that lead to neurotoxicity, death of nerve cells and increased BBB permeability, which in turn causes the development of neurodegenerative diseases.
Autumn honey fungus is able to reduce oxidative stress in the brain, positively influence the quality of membranes and energy production of mitochondria, increase the amount of acetylcholine, dopamine and GABA, while reducing the levels of the excitatory neurotransmitter glutamate. Of course, these properties of autumn honey fungus make it possible to call it one of the best means for the prevention of neurodegenerative diseases and an excellent nootropic with an antidepressant effect that promotes longevity and cognitive tone throughout life.

• It is worth noting the effect of honey mushroom on the quality of sleep. For several centuries in Eastern medicine, honey fungus decoctions have been used as a hypnotic for problems falling asleep. Modern research confirms these properties: autumn honey fungus increases the slow (NREM) and rapid (REM) phases of sleep, during which the skills acquired during wakefulness are consolidated, launching the processes of restoration of the body and its cleansing of cellular debris.

• Autumn honey fungus has a pronounced hypoglycemic effect, increases sensitivity to insulin in type II diabetes, reduces atherogenic cholesterol fractions due to its effect on fat metabolism and enzyme synthesis. Honey fungus contains a large amount of dietary fiber (fiber that is indigestible by the human body) and is able to bind excess cholesterol,
removing it through the intestinal lumen. • Autumn honey fungus is effective for gout, a type of arthritis in which the level of uric acid in the human body increases.
